All of the equipment shown in red is the responsibility of the BNO to maintain and secure.
In the event of a blown fuse, loose cable connection, fire damage, flood, vermin attack, vandalism etc. it’s down to the BNO to rectify and not the local distribution company.
In addition to potentially extensive cabling throughout the building other BNO equipment is likely to include;
A main isolator, Main distribution board,
Additional sub-distribution boards, CT chambers and CT’s (larger landlord and commercial supplies), Isolator switches, Fused and unfused cut-outs.
